	WELCOME Hi there! Welcome to Joe Flanigan Fan, the newest fansite for actor Joe Flanigan who currently stars as Lt. Colonel John Sheppard on SCI FI Channel's Stargate Atlantis. UTA, 'Stargate' actor settle suit posted by jess on 04 Dec 2008 0 Comments
		UTA has settled its yearlong lawsuit against "Stargate: Atlantis" actor Joe Flanigan to recoup $99,225 in unpaid commissions, the agency said Wednesday. The two sides "have resolved their litigation on confidential terms and wish each other the best in the future," UTA said. The agency sued Flanigan, claiming he paid UTA for Seasons 1-3 of "Stargate" but failed to pay for Season 4. UTA had repped Flanigan since 1998 in a deal that gave the agency 10% commissions on projects, including his deal on the Sci Fi Channel series. SOURCE
